Public Transportation

• Buses: Take the 24 Castro or 33 Stanyon to the corner of 18th and Castro.

• Metro: take either the K, L, or M and get off at Castro Station.

Parking: Parking is easier during the day and more difficult at night. There is parking garage at Noe and Market, just north of Cafe Flore.

• BART: take BART to MacArthur Station (it's on the Pittsburg line as well as Richmond Line). At MacArthur you can:
  • Take the Bus: Take the 57M Bus under the BART to the corner of Stanford and San Pablo and walk 3 short blocks west on Stanford (towards the bay) to Vallejo Street. Take a right on Vallejo Street and walk 3/4 block--5874 will be on the right. (in evenings or Sundays, you will have to take a 57 Bus) OR
    
  • Take a Cab: $6.00 with tip. Address: 5874 Vallejo Street at Powell OR
    
  • Take the Emery-Go-Round free shuttle labeled "Christie" route which goes from the MacArthur Station to Emerville. Get off at the corner of Powell and Hollis and walk 3 short blocks east (towards the hills) on Powell to Vallejo Street. Turn left and walk 3/4 block down Vallejo--5874 will be on your right. .

• AC Transit:The 57 bus runs down San Pablo. Get off at Stanford. Walk 3 short blocks west on Stanford (towards the bay) to Vallejo Street. Take a right on Vallejo Street and walk 3/4 block--5874 will be on the right. (in evenings or Sundays, you will have to take a 57 Bus)
